1. Molded, high-density, polypropylene plastic inner back has a compound curve for comfort, a 2", cold-cured, molded, polyurethane foam pad and an upholstered cover.

2. Molded, high-density, polypropylene plastic outer back with a return cuff at the sides and top for fabric protection.

3. 2 ½", cold-cured, molded, polyurethane foam pad with a woven, polyester chafe barrier and five serpentine springs.

4. Maintenance-free, gravity-lift seat to the 100% fold position.

5. Molded, high-density, polypropylene plastic seat pan to provide a maintenance-free cover for the underside of the seat assembly.

6. Molded, high-density, polypropylene plastic armrest, 13 ½" long, providing excellent protection against skin oils and abrasive use.
Seat Assembly
 

  1. Serpentine, "No Sag" springs to provide constant comfort for the occupant.
  2. Cast Zepel Nylon bearing with neoprene up and down stops provides lifetime lubrication.
  3. Counterbalance weight for the gravity-lift operation.
  4. Up and down stops.
  5. Cross shaft is the structural connections between standards.
