Champion Seat Riser Mount Fact Sheet 

1.  Type

The Champion Seat is for sports complexes, arenas, stadiums and auditoriums.  The Champion Seat can be used inside or outside.

2.  Seat and back

The seat and back are built with solid injection molded no break polypropylene with maximum UV inhibitors.  Solid back or slat back option available.  The seat is available in 22", 21", 20", 19" (559 mm, 533mm, 508mm, 483mm), center armrest to center armrest.  Champion seats are formed to fit the contour of the body when in the sitting position.   No break polypropylene flexes and cradles your body while giving you support making it extraordinarily comfortable.  All edges of the seat are finished with a radius. The seat contains an automatic ¾ fold lift up system and will pass a 800 pound static test load at edge of seat.  Seven standard colors are available, royal blue, red, green, yellow, black, purple and maroon.  Custom colors are also available in a quantity over 500. 

3.  Standard Pedestals - Riser Mount

The standards are made of the new state-of-the-art no break polypropylene.   The aisle and center standards have a width of  1 ¾” inches.  The standards can be fixed to the riser with 4 bolts.  At the base is a   6 ½” X  4 ¾” plate that is part of the mold.  Advantages of all plastic versus steel and cast iron standards; no rust and no chipping of  paint. No break plastic is corrosion and chemical resistant.  Plastic has more flexibility than steel or cast iron.  The flexural modulus is 80,000 per square inch.  It has no break characteristics and will flex to adjust to site conditions

4.  Self-Lifting Seat Mechanism: 

Gravity assisted system with lifting seat hinge.  The seat self  lifts automatically to the ¾ - fold position, 100% if preferred, when unoccupied and rotates on two 5/16ths" high strength steel hinge rods.  The seat has a torsion spring gravity assisted operation utilizing a 2 heavy teflon coated 8 gauge torsion spring system for quiet operation.  Our outer enclosed automotive grade no break super tough nylon protective casing never wears out. 

5.  Plastic Components:

High density injection molded plastic shall be one-piece, high impact, linear polyethylene with built-in ultra-violet light inhibitors to retard fading, and anti-static compounds to retard dirt attraction.  Solid polypropylene is stronger (no break, no tear) and more resistant to fading than hollow polyethylene blow molded plastic used by other manufacturers.

 Plastic has impact resistant automotive grade application.

6. Hardware: 

Automotive grade cadmium plated or stainless steel fasteners with acorn nut chrome plated nuts.
