We are the exclusive manufacturing representative for Tuf seating solutions globally, supporting stadiums, arenas, educational institutions, and commercial projects across international markets. Our export process is designed to meet the expectations of large-scale projects, combining structure, professionalism, and attention to detail.
From the first conversation to final delivery, we collaborate closely with each client to ensure clear communication on specifications, production schedules, and shipping logistics—creating a smooth and reliable experience from start to finish.
Project & Order Workflow
Our streamlined process ensures accuracy, efficiency, and transparency at every stage:
- Initial consultation and project quotation
- Review of specifications and confirmation of production timelines
- Sample creation and client approval (highly recommended for large orders)
- Order confirmation and deposit submission
- Manufacturing and quality assurance
- Final payment processing
- Coordinated delivery to the designated port or destination
Commercial Terms
- Production begins once a 50% upfront payment has been received.
- The remaining 50% balance is due prior to shipment
- Payments are accepted via international wire transfer or approved financial methods
Shipping & Logistics
All orders are fulfilled under internationally recognized shipping terms, most commonly FOB (Free on Board) or EXW (Ex Works). Unless otherwise arranged, the buyer or their logistics partner is responsible for freight, customs clearance, and import duties.
We work in coordination with experienced freight providers to ensure proper documentation, handling, and timely movement of goods.
Manufacturing & Quality Assurance
Every order is produced according to approved specifications and undergoes internal quality control procedures to ensure consistency and performance. Lead times vary depending on project size and customization requirements and are confirmed during the quotation phase.
We strongly encourage clients to approve samples prior to full production. Sample approval confirms acceptance of product specifications, including materials, finishes, and colors. Minor variations that naturally occur during manufacturing are not considered defects.
